Comments shall be limited to 15 minutes, divided among those persons desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. Persons wishing to speak on a specific item will be recognized at the time the agenda item is considered.

Hearing on the request of Nathan Wood to consider Project 15-1767-CDP for continued preliminary review of a proposal to construct a single story 1,805 square foot single family residence with an attached 462 square foot two-car garage on an existing, undeveloped lot. The total combined square footage of the residence and garage would be 2,267 square feet with a maximum height of 15 feet. The project would include new underground utilities, drainage improvements, a new driveway and minor landscape improvements. The property is a 0.43-acre parcel zoned Single Family Residential (6-R-1) and shown as APN 003-340-008 addressed as 650 Concha Loma Drive.
