Hearing on the request of Kirk Miller to consider Case No. 13-1689-ARB for a final review of a request to remodel an existing single family residence and construct additions to the home totaling 126 square feet. Proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, reorienting the side-loaded garage to become a front-loaded garage. The property is a 7,800 square foot parcel zoned Single Family Residential (7-R-1) and shown as APN 004-026-006, located at 4910 Malibu Drive.
Hearing on the request of Dylan Chappell, agent/architect for Richard Little to consider Case No. 14-1701-CUP/CDP/ARB for preliminary review of an addition of approximately 544 square feet. The project would include façade improvements, new porch, and additions to the front and rear of the home. The property is an 8,400 square foot parcel zoned Single Family Residential (6-R-1) and shown as APN 003-333-022 located at 740 Oak Avenue.
Hearing on the request of DMHA Architects, agent/architect for Habitat for Humanity to consider Case No. 14-1697-CON/ARB for conceptual review of a multi-family development consisting of three new residential units, within two buildings. The property is a 7,500 square foot parcel zoned Planned Residential Development (PRD-20) and shown as APN 003-153-005 located at 4949 Sawyer Avenue.
Hearing on the request of Rogelio Solis with Cearnal Andrulaitis LLP, agent/architect for The Towbes Group to consider Case No. 14-1703-ARB for preliminary review of a proposal to remodel the building façades and install new landscaping at the Shepard Place Shops. The property totals approximately 2.75 acres zoned Commercial Planned Development (CPD) and shown as APNs 001-070-059 and 060, located at 1001-1049 Casitas Pass Road.
