Hearing on the request of Dylan Chappell, architect for Richard Little to consider Case No. 14-1702-CUP/CDP for Final review of an addition of 590 square feet and remodel to an existing single family residence. The property is an 8,427 square foot parcel zoned 6-R-1, shown as APN 003-333-022 and addressed as 740 Oak Avenue.
