TIME: NOTE: The time at which an item on the agenda is
scheduled to be heard is an estimate only.
The City Council may consider and act on an agenda item in any order it
deems appropriate. In addition, an item
may be considered earlier or later than the Estimated Time, depending on the
length of time which is devoted to other agenda items. All persons interested in an item listed on
the agenda are advised to be present throughout the meeting to ensure that they
are present when the item is called.
The regular meeting tonight is being
broadcast live over Government Access Television Channel 18. The City Council meetings will be rebroadcast
on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. and
Saturdays at 5:00 p.m.
When addressing the City Council,
please be sure to use the microphone. Stating your name will also assist the
City Council and staff in responding to your comments but is not required to
speak.
Materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the
City Council after distribution of the agenda packet are available for public
inspection in the City Clerk’s Office at
Any written or printed material and/or exhibits presented at
a City Council meeting or worksession becomes the property of the City.
As a courtesy to others, please
refrain from using cell phones in the Council Chambers and please turn off all
audible pagers and rings.

This is a time for public comments on matters not otherwise
on the agenda but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City
Council. Comments shall be limited to 15
minutes, divided among those persons desiring to speak, but no person shall
speak longer than five minutes. Persons
wishing to speak on a specific item will be recognized at the time the agenda
item is considered.
Please be
aware that items on the consent calendar are considered to be routine and are
normally enacted by one unanimous vote of the Council. If you wish to speak on a consent calendar
item,
or on a matter
scheduled for consideration in a closed session at the end of the agenda,
please do so during the presentations by citizens/audience participation
The City and the City Council are not responsible for the
content of statements made during the public comment period, or the factual
accuracy of any such statements.
AGENDA
MODIFICATIONS: The City
Council may modify the regular agenda by tabling items, adding urgency items to
the agenda, or changing the order in which items are considered. Changes to the Consent Calendar are
considered at the time the Consent Calendar is considered.

approved by roll call vote on one motion with all resolutions and ordinances as
read by title only). Individual items
may be removed and considered separately at the request of a
Councilmember. Any item, which is
